Day 1 Recap:
Phew! Yesterday was pretty rough on us. Running on 2 hours sleep. But we made it happen. All in all, it was a success.
I was really hard on myself. I wasn’t completely satisfied with how my cupcakes baked. We’re working with an oven we should’ve tested weeks ago :-/.
But we got some feedback. Any feedback is good feedback as far as I’m concerned. Your honesty will only make me work harder to perfect my craft.
Huge thanks to all who came by. Friends and family. And those who don’t know us from Adam and gave us a shot. THANK YOU!
We’ll be back at it again in a few. The plan? Better than yesterday.

Mark your calendars. Take a long lunch break. Take the day off! We will be open this Thursday, March 29th. Look for our flashing “Open” sign and head in for a display case full of some of the best sweets you’ll ever eat!

Please continue to be patient with us everybody! We appreciate you all who have stopped in to inquire about our goodies. It is so encouraging. We are sooo close to opening. We have a few more repairs to make and then we will receive our food permit. Please, please, PLEASE sit tight neighbors!
