How should I care for my cupcakes?
We recommend that you eat your cupcakes at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 2 days after they are purchased. When ready to serve, remove from the container and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes. Please don’t leave them in your car … the buttercream WILL melt in the heat!
Do you offer mini cupcakes?
Yes, mini cupcakes are sold by the dozen, you can choose one flavor per dozen. We prefer that you order them at least 24 hours in advance.
Do you ship or deliver cupcakes?
We do not ship or deliver cupcakes at this time. Please check back later for updates.
Can I order cupcakes in advance?
Yes. We prefer at least 24 hours advance notice for a dozen or less. If you are requesting an order larger than a dozen, it would be advisable to order at least 72 hours in advance, and of course if you want something really special, like cupcakes for your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, etc. please give us at least a month’s notice.
I have a Livingsocial deal for “One dozen cupcakes or pies” purchased in June 2012.
This deal expired on 10/11/12. But you can still redeem this deal for the price you paid for the voucher by choosing an assortment of cupcakes and/or pies* to equal $12. I have a Crowdsavings deal for 6 Seasonal cupcakes. How do I redeem the deal?
This deal expired on 3/11/13. But you can still redeem this deal for the price you paid for the voucher by choosing from the available cupcakes during the season you order to equal $7. Please give us at least 24 hours advance notice if you are ordering any flavor other than Red Velvet. You can order one flavor from the following 4* flavors: Pumpkin Maple, S’Mores, Red Velvet, or Carrot Cake. (*Creme Brulee and Candy Cane are no longer available).
Do I have to pre-order cupcakes or can I stop by and pick them out at your location?
Special Order cupcakes; Livingsocial, or Crowdsavings deals must be called in or emailed at least 24 hours in advance (unless otherwise indicated on the deal). For Livingsocial or Crowdsavings you can call us on the day you plan to stop in and select from what is available at that time and we’ll set them aside for you. Or you can always just stop by and choose from what is available. We suggest that you pre-order to guarantee the flavors you prefer.
I would like to order some cupcakes listed on your flyer, but I don’t see them on your weekly flavors list … can I still order them?
Most of our flavors not listed on our Weekly Flavors list are still available via special order … you can order them any day, but you must order at least 6 of any one special order flavor. Please allow at least 24 hours advance notice. For more information see our Cupcake Menu.
Your buttercream is different than most other places, what’s it made of?
Real butter, real sugar, love and secrets.
I have a food allergy. Will your products make me sick? We use milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts and soy in our facility. Therefore all of our products may contain one or more of these ingredients.
Do you offer gluten free, sugar free, and/or vegan cupcakes? We do not make gluten free, sugar free and/or vegan cupcakes at this time. Yet we have a great desire to provide special dietary cupcake options. Please check our website and Facebook page for updates.
